In any market, at any time of the year, Zenith’s consultants are headhunting, meeting and placing market leading candidates. Our search process follows a simple and structured methodology: We build up a detailed and accurate picture of who is performing the role, or similar functions, in the market. We then headhunt, meet and interview the best of those we have identified and subsequently present our clients with a shortlist of the leading candidates. Due to the vast number of searches we have carried out in the past and the research which has accompanied those searches, in many cases we already have the knowledge and relationships in place to immediately submit leading candidates.
Our experience in the space means we are able to quickly rule out people who lack the knowledge, experience or quality to meet the requirements of the client. This process adds a great deal of value and avoids wasting clients' time on numerous sets of interviews. We work efficiently and diligently to ensure that searches move as quickly as possible, whilst remaining extremely thorough.
In conjunction with the above, depending on factors such as eg. geographic location, volume of hiring, urgency of hires etc we also selectively utilize many other sourcing methods, including advertising, company database search, external database search, running workshops and hosting open days. We aim to provide a holistic service for our cleints and will select the most appropriate mix of sourcing techniques to ensure we are maximising value add.
